Configuring Email Settings
Configuring email settings is easy. Simply follow the steps given below.
1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) Head over to Settings and in the Main Settings tab’s dropdown menu click Email Settings

3) There's a number of settings you can customize in this section:
- You can select the type of design used when new email designs are being pushed from the central system by selecting the appropriate option. You can either use the original design or override with design from email with an email id.
Note: If the design override email id is not found in (your email list) this setting is ignored.

- Enter the address for managing emails in the From address text entry box. This email id needs to be confirmed.
- Enter the address to send replies in the Reply address text entry box. This email id requires confirmation.
- In the Email logo image section, click the Upload Image button to select the logo file from your computer and upload it.
- Use the Summary report recipients field to include additional emails for the monthly summary report

- In the Notification CC-recipients field, enter as many email addresses, separated by a comma (,), as you'd like to receive notifications from your Custom, Appointment, Contact and Signup forms.

- In the Email satisfaction default settings section you can set the caption to your Satisfaction/ Feedback question on emails, and set up your Feedback system's ratings.

- In the same section, you can also add the URL of your Negative and Positive Feedback webpages respectively.
You can also choose to be notified when a user clicks on providing Feedback.

- If you wish to override the Email Footer, check the Enable Email Footer Override box, and enter your new Email Footer content in the text field below. You can also use HTML tags here.

- Add your own, custom Email Signature.

- Customize your Emails' Primary Colors with the color selectors.

- Choose to Enable or Disable Auto-Sending Newsletters by checking the box.

4) Once you're done with your changes to your Email Settings, make sure to click the green Save Changes button. The changes made to the configuration email settings will be saved.
