Creating Segmented Lists

Our lead capture tools allow you to generate leads through lead boxes and lead pages on your website. Each user who fills out these lead boxes or pages, can be assigned a unique user tag.

You can use this feature to target those users for future marketing campaigns by creating lists based around certain characteristics.

This can be done by following the steps outlined below:
1) From the Lead Capture section in the Main Navigation Menu, click on Leadboxes

2) Click on the Edit icon in the left column.

2) Locate the After Submit column on the bottom left of the page. You should see an option for User Tags at the end of the section. Clicking this should display text boxes below.

3) You should now see text boxes for Conditions, Sports, Work, and Treatments. You can enter tags here under Conditions, such as 'knee pain campaign' or 'back pain campaign'. These will act as your filters in future steps.
It's recommended to assign unique user tags to each leadbox, so your list does not include users who were assigned tags manually under Customers section.

Once this is complete, your leadboxes will begin assigning this user tag to every user who fills out that specific leadbox on your site.
Further on, the user will also be created in your Customer list and will be given the unique user tag so you can sort through them.
4) Next step is to head over to  Customers section from main menu. Click ‘More Filters’ to see the Condition box where you can enter the user tags.

5) Use the search filters to sort out the user based on the user tag you assigned in leadbox (like knee pain campaign, neck pain campaign, lower back pain campaign, etc.) as shown below.

Click 'Save current selection’ and give your new search a name.
6) Then head over to the 'Saved Selections' tab in the sub-menu. You should now be able to see your lists filtered by certain conditions defined by your leadboxes.
You can now run a campaign for your entire set of users in this list by clicking the icon highlighted in the image below.

This should create a segmented list of users who have been brought in through leadboxes on your website.
