How to assign services for chatbot

1) Login to your PatientSites Web Editor account

2) Click on  Settings in the main menu, hover your mouse over Main Settings and click on Chatbot Settings.

3) You can now activate specific services by selecting the checkbox next to the service name and updating the service page Title and adding the page URL in the field to the right 

4) You can also create a new service by scrolling to the end of the page and adding a new service in the blank row: 

Note: The new_id and New Title field can be the same value. 

5) Click Save Changes once you're done
