How to takeover a chatbot conversation

2) Look for a section labelled 'Bot Chats'

3) Click on one of the active chat names to open the chat window (active visitors are highlighted in green)

4) You can now take-over this chat by typing a response in the input field

Please note that the chatbot will stop functioning once you have taken over the chat, so you will then need to interact with the user manually.

Once you have responded to a user who was interacting with a chatbot previously, you may notice that their chat window is no longer visible in the 'Bot Chats' section (on the dashboard page). This is completely normal as the chat window is automatically moved to the 'Active Chats' section.
