How to use canned messages

Canned messages are pre-defined chat messages that help you save time when responding to repetitive questions from different visitors. 

You can follow the steps below to use a canned message during a live chat conversation: 

1) Click on Canned Messages

2) Hover on one of the canned messages to see a preview of the message

3) Click on the message you want to send 

4) You should now see the message typed out in the text box

5) You can now edit the message before sending it

6) Once you're done, click on the send icon or hit return on your keyboard

7) You should now see the message visible in the chat box
