Multiple Locations for NPS Campaign

For multiple locations, you will need to assign the office/location to each individual customer in order for our system to send them the appropriate link for Google or Facebook reviews. Once the location is assigned, the system will automatically send them the correct review link based on where they received treatments. 

Please follow the steps below to assign a location to each customer in your PatientSites account: 

1) Go to the Customers section 
2) Click on the pencil icon under the Actions column:

3) You can now assign the location by clicking on the 'Office/Location' dropdown:

4) Once you've assigned the location, you can then send the reputation management email which includes the NPS widget. The system will now automatically show them the appropriate review link based on which location they visited.

For example, let's say we have two locations, one in Texas and one in New York. A patient called John attends physical therapy treatment at our Texas location. You can assign Texas as the location in John's customer profile. Now when you send John a reputation management email, he will be sent a review link for Texas (instead of New York).
