How To Create a New Testimonial

If you are unable to watch the video, follow the steps written below:

1) Log into your PatientSites web editor at client.patientsites.com

2) From the Customers menu, go to Testimonials. 

3) Click on Create New Testimonial.

4) Choose the testimonial to be Internal if it is not coming from an online source like Google, Facebook etc

'Review' is one that comes from online platforms while 'Internals' are sent to the clinic personally by patients. 

5) Only after obtaining permission from customers to publicly post their testimonials, fill out the customer information and their review in the respective boxes. Give it an order to decide the position it will be displayed in relation to other testimonials. A testimonial with order 10 will be displayed before one with order 20. 

6) Select the tags that are related to the customer testimonial.

7) Click on Save to save the testimonial.
