How To Change Your Request An Appointment & Contact Form Email Recipient

If you are unable to watch the video, follow the steps written below:

1) Log in to your PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) Go into Settings, click on Main Settings and choose Email Settings.

3) Edit your email From address and Reply address.

4) Click on Save Changes.

5) Once saved, click Confirm by email for both emails.

6) The system will now send you two verification emails to confirm that you have access to this email address. Please click the link in each verification email to confirm the email address.
