How To Create A New PatientSites Password For The First Time

If you are unable to watch the video, follow the steps listed below:

1) Go to PatientSites Web Editor login page at client.patientsites.com

2) Click on Reset Password

3) Enter the email that was used to create your PatientSites account and click Send Email. 

If you are not sure which email address was used to create your account, send us a message at support@patientsites.com and our team will be happy to assist. 

4) You will receive an email to create a password within the next 5-10 minutes by PatientSites. If you still don't receive it, please reach out to support@patientsites.com and let us know.
