How to Add COVID-19 Notice on Your Website

If you are unable to watch the video, follow the steps listed below:

1) Log into your PatientSites Web Editor through client.patientsites.com

2) From the Content section, go to the About Menu Page.

3) Click on Add New Article and give it a title which is Covid-19 related.

4) Use the editor box to write your content or copy-paste it from another source. If pasting content from any other source causes formatting issues, use the control bar above to fix the format. 

5) Once you are done creating the Covid-19 Notice, click on Save and save the article.

6) Keep the Display option selected to ensure it is visible on the website.

7) To make the website page accessible through an alert bar on the homepage, follow the steps below:

8) Click on the Preview button above the Editor Box, and copy the URL of the tab that opens.

9) Go to Settings, from the drop-down list under Website, click on Configuration

10) Scroll to the bottom and paste the URL in the URL box in the Alert Bar section.

11) Additionally, add the text for the alert bar in the field next to Short Text, choose the colour you want the Background and Text to be.

12) Click Save to save the changes.
