How to Reset Your Password

Follow the steps below to reset the password for your PatientSites Web Editor account: 

1. Go to client.patientsites.com

2. Click the Reset Password link

3.  Enter your email address in the Email field

4.  Click the Send Email button

You will receive an email from PatientSites with a link to create a new password for your account. For security reasons, we recommend you change your password by clicking on My Account in the top menu of your PatientSites web editor account.

Note: It can take up to 5-7 minutes for the reset email to be delivered to your inbox. Please check the spam, social, promotions or junk folders if you don't see the reset email in your main inbox.
