How to Approve A Magazine
An email regarding the new seasonal magazine will be sent to you which will include a link to preview the magazine.
There are 2 buttons at the top of the new preview:
- Click and confirm the green approve button if approved, or
- Click the orange button to let us know you plan on making changes

- If you click Approve (ready to go), another pop-up box will open where you will need to confirm that the Magazine is ready to be published on your website.

- If you click We will make some changes, the Magazine will not be automatically published on your website, and you will be able to make changes to it in the Promotional menu, under the Magazines submenu if you log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com.

If you prefer the quarterly magazine to publish automatically on your website without manual approval, you can opt for automatic approval. To activate this feature, follow these steps:
1. Click on Settings and select Placeholder Settings from the dropdown menu.
2. Scroll down to find the option labelled Magazine Auto Approve under Other Settings.
3. Click on the checkbox to activate it.
