How To View Contact Form Submissions

To view contact form submissions, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your PatientSites Web Editor.

2. Click on Customers from the main navigation menu on top.

3. Click on Contact Forms from the submenu. You will now be able to view the form submissions.
