How to Schedule Social Media Posts
To schedule a social media post, follow the steps below:
1. Log in to your PatientSites Web Editor.
2. From the main navigation menu on top, click on Social.
3. Go through the Social Media Feed to find a post you would like to use. You can filter the posts by type, attached media, already used, order results by and display per page if you are looking for a specific type of post.
4. After choosing a post, click on the Schedule button below it.
5. Choose the date and time you want to schedule your post and the platform you want it published on. Once done, click on Schedule Feed to save the changes.
NOTE: If you don't have your social media accounts connected to our system, you will see an option to "Connect to social media platforms" which when clicked will allow you to log in to each of your social profiles in order to establish a connection with our system. Once you've logged in to the social profiles you want to publish posts on, please click the "Schedule" button again in step (4) and you should then see a choice to select a date/time & platform.
