How to change time format in your appointment form

1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) Head to Settings, and in the Forms tab, click Appointment Form from the dropdown menu. 

3) In the “Time format” dropdown you will be able to choose between Hours (set to 5 minute increments) and Parts of day (morning, afternoon, evening). 
Pick your Time format and hit “Save Changes”.
