How to use patient name initials in Testimonial Tuesday posts

1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) Head over to Settings in the main menu and go to the Main Settings - Placeholders tab. (this tab should be selected by default, but Placeholders is the first item in the Main Settings dropdown)

3) Scroll down until you see the Testimonials section and check the box next to “Users’ Initials instead of full names” to only use patients’ initials on testimonials and hit one of the Save Changes buttons on the page.
