How to enable auto-send for email newsletters

You can now automatically send out monthly newsletters without needing to approve the email every month. 

You can enable auto-send for email newsletters by following the steps shown below: 

1. Log in to your PatientSites account

2. Click on "Settings" in the main menu 

3. Hover on "Main Settings" in the sub menu and click on "Email Settings" 

4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and select the Auto-send newsletters checkbox

5. Click the "Save Changes" button

Once this feature is enabled, you will continue to receive a newsletter notification every month once a new newsletter is published to your account. If you don't get a chance to manually approve and send the newsletter, our system will still send the newsletter out to your contacts 2 weeks after you receive the notification.
