Adding a New Leadbox

1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) From Lead Capture in the Main Navigation Bar, click on the Leadboxes submenu.

3) Click on the blue Add Leadbox button. This will open a new field where you can name your Leadbox.

4) Name your new leadbox and click the green Save button to save your changes. The new leadbox will show up at the top of the Leadbox list.

5) Click the first icon (pencil and paper icon) under the Actions column to get started with selecting a template and editing your lead box. 

6)  Click "Choose Template" on the lead box template you wish to use.

7) Once you choose your template, the lead box editor will open, where you can make changes to the design, content, triggers, and after submit actions. See example of the leadbox editor below:
