How To Send Reputation Management Emails

This document covers the steps involved in sending the "NPS Campaign 2021" offered by PatientSites. The NPS campaign is designed to be sent to patients that have been discharged or have come in for an appointment recently. 

It is highly recommended that you test this campaign prior to sending them out to make sure that all the links and landing pages are working properly. All the emails included in this campaign have undergone deliverability testing to ensure optimum mail delivery rates. Any edits made to these emails can possibly cause issues in deliverability.

IMPORTANT: For clinics that have multiple locations, please follow the steps shown here before you complete the steps on this page. 

Please follow these steps to send the NPS Campaign 2021 campaign:

1. Head over to the Customers section from the main menu.

2. Search for the user that you want to send this campaign to.

4. After which, the window shown below should pop up on your screen. Select 'Run Campaign’ and choose which reputation management campaign you’d like to send out from the drop down menu.

5. Click OK to send the campaign.

That covers the entire process of sending out the NPS Campaign 2021. You should now be ready to start sending out these emails to your customer list.

If you're testing the campaign, you should try selecting different ratings in your inbox and confirm if you’re being taken to the right landing page. Once you’re done testing and are confident that everything is working as you’d like, you can go ahead and delete the data collected from those clicks before you go live with the campaign.

6. In order to do so, head over to the NPS tab under the Customers section where you will see all the clicks you made during testing.

7. Delete the entries made during testing.
