How to access the billing portal
1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com
2) Head to My Account in the top right corner and click the Billing Portal tab.
3) You will see the instructions to access the Billing portal here, along with a blue “Access Billing Portal” button. Make sure to read the instructions before clicking the button:
- Click the Access Billing Portal button
- This will open a new window on your computer where you can confirm that the billing email once
- Click Send Code to receive a one-time code to your inbox
- Copy the code from the email and paste it on the billing portal page
- You will be redirected to your billing portal
