Editing Company Info

Editing the company information is easy. Simply follow the steps given below.

1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) In the main menu, click on Settings and navigate to the Main Settings-Placeholders submenu.

3) In the Company Info Section you will be able to:

  • Add the Company name that will be used in emails, newsletters and webpages when the placeholder code *client_company* is used
  • Add the Company name that will be used in magazines when the placeholder code *client_company* is used
  • Add the Company website's URL that will be used in magazines when the placeholder *client_website* is used
  • Add the services of the company in the Services text entry box that will be displayed when the *client_services* placeholder is used.

4) To add the logo image of the company, hover your mouse over the Website submenu dropdown and click on Configuration. 

5) Then scroll down to the "Site logo image "src" entry and click the Upload Image button in the Site logo image field and select the logo image from your computer.
In the Logo Text field below, you can add text describing the company Logo.
Once done, hit the green Save Changes button

6) Scrolling further down you will be able to

  • Edit the tagline information of the company in the Tagline text box.
  • Enter the contact information of the company in the Contact info text box.
  • Enter your company's main contact phone number.
  • Enter your company's Contact Page URL.
  • Edit the copyright information of the company in the Copyright text box.

7) Once you're done with your changes, make sure to hit the green Save Changes button. The changes made to the company info will be saved.
