Searching for a Customer
Searching for a customer is easy. Simply follow the steps given below.
1) Log in to PatientSites Web Editor at client.patientsites.com

2) Click on Customers in the main menu, and stay on the default Customers submenu tab.

3) In the Search Filter options you'll be able to set very specific parameters to look up customers on your Customer list:
- Select the type of bounce opt out option from the bounce opt-out drop-down list. The available options are Any, Yes and No. This option if set to yes will remove the mail ids of the customers, the mails to whom have bounced back.

- Select whether the customer is spammed or not from the spammed opt-out drop-down list. The available options are Any, Yes and No.

- Select whether the customer is subscribed to the mailing list or not with the unsubscribed drop-down list. The available options are Any, Yes and No.

- Select whether the customer has opted in to be contacted after their initial contact with the clinic with the optin drop-down list. The available options are Any, Yes and No.

- Enter the search keyword in the Search for text entry field and then specify from where you wish to search in the field from the in-field drop-down list. The available options are Email, First name, Last name, City, State/Province, Phone and Zip.

- Select the name of the broadcast group from the broadcast group drop down list.

- Specify the origin of the customer entry you're looking for using the Origin drop down list.

- Specific which of your clinic locations the customer in question has scheduled an appointment with or visited before.

- Specify the number of records to be displayed on the page, by selecting the required option from the Display drop down list. The available options are 5, 10 and 20.

- Select the order based on which the results are to be displayed from the Order Results by drop down list. The available options are Registration date and Email.
- Further you can filter the records either in ascending or descending order by selecting the appropriate option from the drop down list. The available options are Ascendant and Descendant.

4) If you want your search to be even more detailed, click the More filters button next to "Apply" and you will have additional filter options available:
- Gender - female or male
- Age - set a specific age or an age range
- First Visit - enter a specific date or a date range
- Discharge Date - enter a specific date or a date range
- Campaign NPS - positive or negative, positive, negative, never clicked

5) Click the Apply button to apply your chosen filters and search for customers. The results will be displayed based on the filters applied.
